DEVELOPMENT OF MICROMECHANICAL CANTILEVER SYSTEMS FOR MOLECULAR ANALYSIS D. Kolesov, G. Kiselev, A. Erofeev Biosensor Academy; 4-5-47, Stroiteley Str., Moscow, 119311, RUSSIA; e–mail:kolesov@nanoscopy.ru Quick and firm diagnostics requires analysis methods that allow to determine the presence of specific biomarkers with high sensitivity in a short time. The use of sensors based on micromechanical systems allows to provide multivariable monitoring of biological media without usage of labels. The paper describes design and development of an instrument for analysis of biological objects such as individual biomacromolecules, proteins and antibodies in liquid media. An array of optical fibers was used to provide data acquisition from 8 microconsoles simultaneously. A study of the interaction stability of silver ions and electron-donor groups, immobilized on a solid substrate, was carried out at the designed equipment. Key words: biosensor, intermolecular interactions, surface stress, cantilever, molecular recognition. |
