PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES ANALYSIS OF FOAM STRUCTURES, PROMISING FOR SOUND-PROOF COVERINGS DEVELOPMENT V.N. Lysakov, S.G. Sedunov, K.A. Taraskin, M.P. Stupnikova Techniques of preparation and properties analysis of foams produced on the basis of commodity foaming agents are offered. It is established that foams properties can be defined by means of measuring of the derivable structures multiplicity and destruction time. The foaming agent concentration increased from 1,0 to 5,0 of mass percent in an initial solution does not lead to proportional increase of foams stability. It provides only insignificant increase of the foam volume and at the same time reduces significantly its multiplicity. Influence of the structure-forming additives raising compositions viscosity on derivable foams stability is investigated: entering glycerin and ethylene glycol in quantity of 1, 0 % of the mass in a foaming structure allows to improve foam characteristics substantially. Keywords: foam composition, foams properties, multiplicity, volume, structures destruction, stability. |
